a native tree, with bright shiny red leaves in autumn.

(Sassafras albidum)
,
another native tree, has one to five-lobed leaves. 
Overlapping on the right side are the leaves of a
Japanese Maple (Acer palmatum ‘Burgandy Lace.’)

on this native tree are orange and red.
